Throughout the country, Latinos have among the highest rates of COVID-19 infections, including in San Francisco. To address this health disparity, five community organizations - Instituto Familiar de la Raza, Centro Latino de San Francisco, Cultura y Arte de Las Americas, La Raza Community Resource Center, & Mission Neighborhood Centers - have joined together to build a comprehensive, integrated, and sustainable intervention strategy to address the global pandemic and its impact on the community.
The goal of the Latino COVID Collaborative is to intensify and accelerate the Latinx community's COVID-19 response. The collaborative will focus on education & outreach, contact tracing, case investigation, isolation and quarantine services, and support & recovery.
