The staff of Instituto Familiar de la Raza includes more than 50 bilingual/bicultural clinicians, case managers, outreach workers, interns, social workers, physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health specialists and administrative staff. Many of our staff members come from the communities and schools that we serve and reflect the values, beliefs and practices of the diverse Latino community. This is our community, and we are dedicated to changing people’s lives, every day.
